Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and has been a part of SSC's Board of Directors from 2011, was the founding co-artistic directors for Speech of Fire. While serving as SSC's Artistic Directors, Lauren Ash-Morgan also held the positions as producer costumes/set designers, composers/music directors and text coaches. In her role, she is usually the head of her group, her first directing role was as part of SSC King Lear.
